How to Make Organic Fertilizer (Eggshell and Banana Peel Fertilizer) – Paano gumawa ng pataba

Hello fellow plant lovers and welcome to my youtube channel Plant Lover’s Diary For this video. I will be showing you how to create your own fertilizer using materials. You can easily find at home Let’s start off with the first do-it-yourself fertilizer, which is the banana peel and eggshell fertilizer The first ingredient that we need is the eggshell Eggshells are usually thrown and ignored at our kitchen But did you know that it contains a lot of calcium that helps plant develop stronger cellular structure some plants like Eggplants peppers and tomatoes are also susceptible to blossom end rot, which is caused by calcium deficiency Eggplants when not powderized can also help fight snails The second ingredient that we need is the banana peel It is very rich in potassium In fact banana peels are 42% potassium with the bit of nitrogen and phosphorus and magnesium Potassium is an essential element for plant growth It helps plants use water and enhances fruits and vegetables For this fertilizer. What we need is a dried banana peel Just let it stay under the sun for one week and you will see the result will be like this we also need scissor. I will be putting it inside the folded paper and Crush it using the scissor For best results you can use mortar and pestle or food processor to make it more powderize but since not everyone has a mortar and pestle or food processor at home I will be doing it using a scissor, which is common in any household After crashing it set it aside and put back the eggshells do the same process put it inside a folded paper or you can just crash it first using your own hand and Crash it further using a scissor After crashing the eggshell get the container and combine the crushed eggshell and the crushed banana peel That’s it you can now put it in the soil where your plant is and it will absorb the nutrients the calcium and phosphorous found in the eggshell and a banana peel for our second do-it-yourself fertilizer. We will be doing a banana peel tea fertilizer We need a fresh banana peel and a container and a scissor We just need to cut the fresh banana peel into smaller pieces It’s up to you how many banana peels you want to use per container, but for this demonstration I will be using one banana peel Also since our container is just small one banana peel is okay cut it into smaller pieces and when you’re done open the container and put in the banana peels Then add water Okay, there’s a water inside the container now you can close it and Leave it there After one day After three days For best result I would recommend you to leave it for at least one week before using it to water your plants Make sure to remove the banana peels or filter it before using it That’s it.
