WE’LL USE THE CARROTS, BEETS AND SWEET POTATO. I’VE GOT A CATCH. I’LL SERVE THAT ON A BED OF NICE, ROASTED RADISHES AND USE 9 FIELD GREENS. I’LL TOP THAT WITH FENNEL. TAIZO: THIS IS GOING TO BE GOOD.
